- Define and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand image and global plans, optimizing the Advertising & Promotion budget to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Engage with retail partners to present and negotiate trade plans, ensuring alignment on vision and execution.
- Develop local go-to-market strategies for product launches, coordinating all marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Ensure flawless in-store execution, maintaining high standards for flagship locations.
- Drive the creation and installation of personalized retail spaces, enhancing brand image and customer experience.
- Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines to ensure brand image coherence.
- Lead PR and social media initiatives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate product seeding strategies and foster relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute trade events and PR activations to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Establish marketing performance targets, analyze results, and make strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Consolidate and share best practices and insights with stakeholders.
- Recommend investment priorities, track marketing budgets, and evaluate ROI.
- Synthesize market trends and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in PR and social media strategies.
- Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is an asset.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners. Experience in the UK market is advantageous.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
