Bvlgari Perfume Marketing Manager

- Define and implement trade marketing strategies for the UK market, ensuring alignment with global brand image and objectives.
- Engage with retail partners to negotiate and present trade plans, ensuring mutual alignment on vision and execution.
- Develop local go-to-market strategies for product launches, overseeing all marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Ensure impeccable in-store execution, maintaining high standards of excellence across flagship locations.
- Drive the creation and installation of personalized retail spaces, enhancing brand image and customer experience.
- Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines to ensure brand coherence and product portfolio efficiency.
- Lead PR and social media initiatives, maximizing brand presence and media coverage.
- Coordinate product seeding strategies and foster relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute trade events and PR activations to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Establish and monitor marketing performance targets, analyzing results to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Share best practices and insights with stakeholders, recommending investment priorities and tracking marketing budgets.
- Synthesize market trends and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in PR and social media strategies.
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills for marketing performance analysis.
- Creativity and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners. Experience in the UK market is an asset.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
