Bvlgari Perfume Key Account Manager

- Define and execute a comprehensive key account strategy for the Europe & Africa Travel Retail Perfume business.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key retail accounts.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including annual agreements and promotional calendars.
- Identify and assess emerging market opportunities and potential new key accounts.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Develop and manage annual sales budgets and ambitious growth targets.
- Ensure optimal product assortment and inventory management across key accounts.
- Champion Bulgari’s brand positioning and elevate its ranking across all points of sale.
- Plan and negotiate integrated marketing activities with local partners.
- Manage a team of locally based Sales Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in international key account management.
- Significant exposure to the luxury goods sector and Travel Retail, ideally in perfumes or cosmetics.
- Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster high performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a significant asset.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in international key account management, with significant exposure to the luxury goods sector and Travel Retail, ideally in perfumes or cosmetics.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
