- Inject creativity and innovative ideas for perfume product development.
- Manage existing and new product designs from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the creative vision for new products, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Oversee the development of new fragrance products, from creative vision to production, including bottle shape, packaging, and promotional items.
- Manage the creative phase by developing moodboards, creative briefs, and briefing designers and suppliers.
- Provide materials for product presentations, including mock-ups and moodboards.
- Manage product packshots, including briefing photographers and overseeing shooting and retouching.
- Plan and monitor the ordering, production, and delivery of components and mock-ups for trade shows.
- Participate in setting up and dismantling the Bulgari Perfume stand at events.
- Supply the creative think tank and materials library.
- Participate in design and packaging trade shows and gather competitive intelligence.
- Present market trends and innovations to marketing and development teams.
- University degree in Marketing or Design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury product development, preferably for Italian brands.
- Knowledge of the fragrance industry is appreciated.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Strong creativity with a sensitivity to luxury.
- Organized and structured work approach with a sense of priority and responsibility.
- Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Team spirit and ability to build strong relationships within the team and with business partners.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury product development, preferably for Italian brands.
University degree in Marketing or Design.
