1. Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
2. Act as a key business partner, providing insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
3. Provide strategic and operational analysis to enhance revenue and profitability.
4. Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to identify growth opportunities.
5. Monitor margins and profitability, recommending corrective actions.
6. Support stock management and financial implications, ensuring proper monitoring of obsolescence.
7. Optimize resource allocation through oversight of A&P spend and ROI evaluation.
8. Lead planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and LVMH guidelines.
10. Drive continuous improvement in processes and team capabilities.

1. Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Over 5 years of experience in finance and business analysis in multicultural environments.

1. Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
4. Strategic thinking and project management skills.
5. Ability to build trustful relationships and foster teamwork.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and business analysis, with a focus on sales and profitability analysis, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams.

Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
