Bvlgari Payroll Manager

- Process and oversee the bi-weekly payroll for employees in the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and manage monthly sales commission payments.
- Handle payroll items including terminations, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and other deductions.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws to ensure compliance and advise management on necessary actions.
- Produce accrual and liability reports for monthly and year-end closings.
- Prepare and file all regulatory and required reports for state and federal compliance.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation for 401k and payroll regularly.
- Collaborate with LVMH Shared Services to document and process payroll changes, manage out-of-sequence payrolls, and process disability payments.
- Partner with the internal Finance team on payroll-related requests, invoices, fundings, and reporting.
- Audit W2 reports and Form 1095-C for US employees at year-end.
- Conduct periodic payroll audits.
- Participate in various ad-hoc and routine projects and requests.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR and payroll experience using payroll software such as ADP PCPW, ADP Enterprise ETime, Ultimate Software, and Ceridian Tax.
- Experience with a retail workforce is preferred.
- International and domestic payroll experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- US work authorization is required.
- Customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of payroll taxation laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in implementing payroll and time & attendance systems.
- Technical knowledge of Enterprise E-time Time & Attendance or Kronos system is required.
- Familiarity with Ultipro and ADP PCPW for Canada is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR and payroll experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Estimated salary range: $100,000-$122,000 annually.
