Bvlgari Payroll Manager

- Oversee and execute the bi-weekly payroll process for employees in the US and Canada.
- Calculate and manage monthly sales commission payments.
- Handle payroll items including terminations, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and other deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and advise management on necessary actions.
- Generate accrual and liability reports for monthly and year-end closings.
- Prepare and file all regulatory and required reports for state and federal compliance.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation for 401k and payroll regularly.
- Collaborate with LVMH Shared Services to ensure timely documentation and processing of payroll changes.
- Partner with the internal Finance team on payroll-related requests, invoices, fundings, and reporting.
- Audit W2 reports and Form 1095-C for US employees at year-end.
- Conduct periodic payroll audits.
- Participate in various ad-hoc and routine projects.
- 5-7 years of hands-on HR and payroll experience using software such as ADP PCPW, ADP Enterprise ETime, Ultimate Software, or Ceridian Tax.
- Experience with a retail population preferred.
- International and domestic payroll experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- US work authorization required.
- Customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll taxation laws.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience implementing payroll and time & attendance systems.
- Technical knowledge of Enterprise E-time Time & Attendance or Kronos system required.
- Familiarity with Ultipro and Ceridian Tax Services preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
