1. Maintain cleanliness of tester bottles and ensure counter tidiness.
2. Spray fragrance at the counter every 30 minutes.
3. Reorganize and store paper bags and related materials.
4. Prepare ribbons and packaging materials as required.
5. Support inventory management tasks.
6. Greet customers with a smile and distribute fragrance samples.
7. Invite customers into the store and introduce them to beauty consultants.
8. Assist beauty consultants in gift wrapping and customer service.
9. Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.

1. Currently enrolled as a student.
2. Passion for makeup and beauty products.
3. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Compensation ranges from RMB 30-40 per hour in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, with RMB 25-32 per hour in other cities. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.

Opportunity for conversion to a full-time Beauty Consultant role upon graduation, with potential to join the retail management trainee program.
