- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet product and market requirements.
- Act as the liaison between the design team and packaging suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with the Packaging Supply & Procurement planner to establish detailed project timelines, ensuring timely market distribution.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality packaging and sales support materials at competitive prices.
- Monitor and control packaging costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and audits.
- Develop a business continuity plan to mitigate sourcing disruptions across packaging categories.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure packaging materials meet specified standards.
- Ensure all packaging solutions comply with international regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to implement best practices across suppliers.
- Provide regulatory compliance support to markets as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver sustainability reports as requested by CSR and LVMH teams.
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product development.
- ESG risk management certification is required.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, preferably within the luxury sector.
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent.
