1. Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet product and market requirements.
2. Act as the liaison between the design team and packaging suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Coordinate with the Packaging Supply & Procurement planner to establish detailed project timelines, ensuring timely market distribution.
4. Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality packaging and sales support materials at competitive prices.
5. Monitor and control packaging costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective solutions.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and audits.
7. Develop a business continuity plan to mitigate sourcing disruptions across packaging categories.
8. Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure packaging materials meet specified standards.
9. Ensure all packaging solutions comply with international regulations and sustainability standards.
10. Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to implement best practices across suppliers.
11. Provide regulatory compliance support to markets as necessary.
12. Prepare and deliver sustainability reports as requested by CSR and LVMH teams.

1. University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in product development.
3. ESG risk management certification is required.
4. Fluency in both English and Italian.

1. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, preferably within the luxury sector.

University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent.
