Bvlgari Packaging Demand & Inventory Planner

- Analyze historical data and market trends to determine optimal packaging and sales support material replenishment for each market.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure business continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular analysis, and propose measures to reduce excess stock and minimize waste and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with the Supply Procurement Planner to align inventory planning strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work with local supply chain and internal stakeholders to identify trends, special events, and key consumption periods for effective replenishment planning.
- Coordinate with local customer service and logistics for order creation and delivery timing.
- Monitor market stock levels and rotation to identify obsolescence and define action plans.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in inventory management.
- University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in inventory or demand planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong mathematical and problem-solving skills with excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in working with SAP; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning from order placement to stock reconciliation.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to take initiative and contribute creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in inventory or demand planning, preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience.
