1. Manage office logistics including access, supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
2. Coordinate and manage relationships with service providers for furniture and supplies.
3. Handle telephone communications and welcome external personnel.
4. Oversee various orders and deliveries.
5. Manage private sales and employee sales for Bulgari and LVMH group.
6. Support building security management, including fire safety and compliance.
7. Assist executive committee members with administrative tasks.
8. Optimize executive activity management and support event organization.
9. Prepare and organize meetings.
10. Manage expense reports and business travel arrangements.

1. Currently pursuing a final year of study (Bachelor's to Master's level).
2. Proven initial experience in a corporate environment.
