1. Develop exceptional watch movements and complications, ranging from industrial movements to grande sonnerie.
2. Study, design, and develop movement constructions in 3D using CAD software and create detailed component plans.
3. Propose innovative concepts and caliber evolutions, ensuring their feasibility and patentability.
4. Provide expertise on various standards, methodologies, and calculations within the technical office.
5. Ensure effective management of movement development projects, from conception to the first production series.
6. Participate in the industrial series setup as technical support to other manufacturing departments.
7. Oversee the development and monitoring of new manufacture calibers, as well as the continuous improvement of existing calibers in collaboration with R&D, industrialization, methods, and after-sales teams.

1. Technician or Engineer in Microtechnology or Mechanical Watchmaking.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in movement construction.

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Inventor, PTC Creo, or CATIA.
2. Familiarity with MS Office.
3. Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
4. Excellent communication and social skills.
5. Leadership abilities to animate and unite teams.
6. Innovative and proactive with a strong analytical capacity.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in movement construction is required.
