1. Lead the industrialization of grinding and mechanized finishing operations, ensuring robust and sustainable performance from process definition to production.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Production, Quality teams, and external partners to integrate new processes into the industrial environment.
3. Participate in product process reviews to define a coherent industrialization strategy balancing technical requirements, quality, costs, and timelines.
4. Develop grinding and mechanized satin finishing programs for watch components, including tooling and consumables definition.
5. Optimize machine programs for validation, integrating performance, repeatability, and industrial robustness criteria.
6. Ensure the consistency of the industrial chain 'program – tooling – instructions' to guarantee reproducibility.
7. Support production teams during pre-series and startup phases, ensuring skill transfer and process mastery.
8. Contribute to process standardization to enhance industrial efficiency.
9. Analyze existing processes and propose technical optimizations for improved productivity, quality, and reliability.
10. Engage in technological watch and development of new preparation and finishing processes.
11. Provide operational support to workshops in resolving technical issues and implementing associated action plans.
12. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives with production and methods teams.
13. Monitor processes daily to ensure stability and performance in series life.

1. Holder of a Technician ES diploma, CFC in mechanical field, or equivalent qualification.
2. Solid experience in mechanized preparation and finishing of watch components.

1. Proficiency in 5-axis grinding techniques; machining knowledge is an advantage.
2. Competence in CAM programming, ideally on GibbsCAM or equivalent tools for automated finishing centers.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills to oversee complete industrial projects and propose solutions.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and teamwork orientation.
5. Autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented with initiative in continuous process improvement.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant field.

Technician ES diploma, CFC in mechanical field, or equivalent qualification.
