Bvlgari Marketing Budget Controller

- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and finance and accounting departments.
- Provide procurement support and manage vendor relationships using Ivalua and Adamas.
- Process and monitor purchase orders and invoicing.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accuracy in actuals versus purchase orders and invoices, maintaining up-to-date data.
- Request and track accruals and reclassification of charges.
- Maintain and evaluate the efficiency of tracking tools, proposing improvements as necessary.
- Assist the Director in evaluating budget actuals against planning.
- Compile and summarize market and competition data for team distribution.
- Update and share performance reports on events and campaigns with teams.
- Conduct ROI evaluations of marketing activities.
- Assess current processes and propose new solutions if applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or accounting from a business school.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Query.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Ivalua.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Understanding of high luxury business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Entry-level experience is required, suitable for beginners.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or accounting.
Participation in the VIE French International Internship Program for 18 months.
