- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for production equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate corrective maintenance interventions in case of breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to plan maintenance interventions and minimize production interruptions.
- Coordinate with the Infrastructure team for building and general facility interventions.
- Participate in the improvement or retrofit of production machines to optimize performance and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance process improvements and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Regularly monitor maintenance performance indicators such as equipment availability and maintenance costs.
- Present monthly reports to management, including key performance indicators, ongoing projects, and improvement actions.
- Master the use of a CMMS for managing interventions, spare parts inventory, and tracking maintenance costs.
- Ensure regular updates of data in the CMMS and utilize it for performance analysis and improvement identification.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while adhering to financial objectives.
- Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with external providers, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Track maintenance expenditures and identify optimization opportunities.
- Technical training in maintenance or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software.
- Strong project management experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance providers and legal standards (CE, SUVA, etc.) is advantageous.
- Fluency in French.
- Methodical, pragmatic, and rigorous approach.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage urgent situations.
Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance management.
Technical training in maintenance or industrial engineering.
