1. Coordinate with freight forwarders, truckers, and warehouses to expedite incoming package shipments, prioritizing order of receipt.
2. Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of all entries.
3. Manage and process store requests for JWA sold orders from overseas.
4. Engage with stores on ongoing projects and support the JWA Distribution Planner to understand logistics processes.
5. Oversee the replenishment of all packaging materials for JWA, ensuring accurate inventory monitoring within the distribution network.
6. Deploy inventory based on demand and inventory levels, coordinating with the Sales team.
7. Allocate packaging according to inventory priorities, opportunities, and constraints.
8. Liaise with Central teams to control product availability, identifying and reporting shortages and excess stock risks.
9. Define target stock levels for local warehouses and replenish DOS stores based on sales trends and events.
10. Serve as the primary contact for all Bulgari logistics accounts, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others.
11. Process all logistics invoices in Ivalua accurately and promptly.
12. Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and manage logistics costs in alignment with company objectives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficiency in Demand Planning and Logistics processes and procedures.

1. Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis capabilities.
2. Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple departments.
3. Proficiency in IT applications such as SAP, Excel, and BW HANA.
4. Willingness to travel.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment is required.
