Bvlgari Leather Goods Apprentice (High‑Quality Leathercraft)

The Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH is LVMH’s institutional training programme dedicated to transmitting haute‑craft know‑how across the Group’s Maisons. Operated in close partnership with leading maisons such as Bulgari, Celine, Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana and Louis Vuitton, the institute cultivates artisanal excellence through integrated classroom instruction and on‑the‑job placements within luxury ateliers.

1. Follow an integrated 900‑hour training programme combining classroom/lab instruction and on‑site internships in a Maison partner.
2. Learn and apply techniques for prototype construction and the artisanal manufacture of leather goods, including pattern reading, cutting, skiving and assembly.
3. Collaborate with model making, leather selection and cutting teams to produce samples that meet Maison quality standards.
4. Participate in masterclasses, didactic visits and brand‑focused meetings to understand luxury product standards and terminology.
5. Maintain rigorous workmanship, adhere to health & safety and atelier procedures, and accept feedback from tutors and Maison supervisors.

1. Minimum age 18.
2. Resident or domiciled in a municipality of the Tuscany Region.
3. Lower‑secondary school diploma (licenza media) or successful completion of compulsory education; candidates with only primary education must demonstrate three years of verified sector experience (DGR 532/2009).
4. Non‑EU applicants must possess a valid residence permit that authorises work.

No prior professional experience is required; the course is aimed at unemployed, inactive or job‑seeking individuals. Candidates with limited formal education may be accepted if they can demonstrate three years of relevant hands‑on experience.

Lower‑secondary school diploma (licenza media) or equivalent; where only primary schooling is held, three years of proven professional experience in the sector are required.

900 hours of integrated training (500 hours classroom/lab + 400 hours internship), 30 hours of individual/collective orientation, Master Classes and didactic visits; internship placements within LVMH Maisons (Bulgari, Celine, Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton).
