1. Undertake a structured training program within the Bulgari Jewellery Academy under the supervision of Master craftsmen.
2. Learn and execute core production processes for jewellery: goldsmithing, stone setting (incastonatura) and polishing/cleaning.
3. Perform precision hand-finishing and quality-control tasks to meet maison standards and tolerances.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional production teams, maintaining workplace organisation and adherence to safety procedures.
5. Work assigned shifts and adapt to production schedules in the Manufacture.

1. Completion of a vocational course or equivalent training in goldsmithing, jewellery manufacture, or a related craft is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of principal goldsmithing techniques and jewellery production processes.
3. Good manual dexterity with steady hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills.
4. Keen attention to detail, precision and a demonstrable aptitude for sustained concentration.
5. Ability to work effectively in teams and availability to work shifts.
