- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across boutiques, seasonal stores, and special locations, including PR, VIP gifting, shootings, events, and consignment.
- Execute and control intrashop and intra-group stock transfers, ensuring SAP accuracy and reconciliation.
- Support the opening and closing of seasonal boutiques and coordinate shipping activities with logistics partners.
- Perform physical inventory counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
- Control inbound and outbound stock flows, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution with boutiques.
- Generate inventory reports, stock analysis, obsolescence, and destruction documentation.
- Handle distributor returns, including physical checks, valuation, SAP postings, and re-labeling.
- Support customs-related documentation, proforma invoices, and airport operations.
- Ensure correct management of buyback, consignment-out, and product recalls.
- Act as operational support and advisor to boutiques on inventory processes and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other Finance & Administration, Retail, Logistics, PR, and Corporate stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, logistics, or finance operations.
- Experience in retail, luxury, or fashion industries.
- Familiarity with customs documentation and shipping processes.
- Strong inventory control and reconciliation mindset.
- Solid understanding of retail and luxury stock dynamics.
- Operational knowledge of SAP MM and SD.
- High attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage high volumes of high-value products.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to balance operational execution and control activities.
Minimum of 3 years in inventory control, retail operations, logistics, or finance operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
