1. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop detailed project plans including timeline, budget, and resources.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project progress, track status, and ensure adherence to plans.
3. Act as the central hub for project information, regularly reporting project status, risks, and key decision points to stakeholders.
4. Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
5. Manage project budget development, tracking, and control; coordinate and allocate resources efficiently.
6. Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
7. Lead project acceptance, lessons learned sessions, documentation archiving, and formal project closure.
8. Assist in all phases of the project lifecycle, including documentation preparation and maintenance.
9. Work with legal offices for contract preparation and follow up on invoices and payments with finance.
10. Coordinate minor renovations and store maintenance to meet Bulgari standards.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date regional store database and inventory list.
12. Support in-store activities and events from a technical perspective.
13. Ensure compliance with LVMH and Bulgari policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

1. Strong knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools.
2. Proficient in mainstream project management methodology.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
5. Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficiency in IT applications such as Office, AutoCAD, and Excel.

3-5+ years of experience in interior design or project management, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
