1. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling.
2. Recruit for internship positions, including conducting interviews.
3. Support HR team in employee relations and personnel management.
4. Maintain and update digital personnel files.
5. Draft internship certificates and other official documents.
6. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding/offboarding materials.
7. Compose confirmation letters related to contract extensions, terminations, job changes, salary adjustments, development plans, disciplinary actions, etc.
8. Handle daily HR inquiries and streamline HR/administrative processes for efficiency.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

1. Pursuing a degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
2. Previous internship or work-study experience is advantageous.
3. Strong proficiency in German and English.
4. Keen interest in HR-related topics.
5. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to engage in all aspects of HR work.
6. Trustworthy with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

1. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
3. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Motivation and proactive attitude.
6. Flexibility and adaptability.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with preliminary HR exposure through internships or similar roles.

Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
