1. Prepare the annual training calendar based on established priorities.
2. Organize, tutor, and coordinate training sessions, including internal programs for new joiners.
3. Oversee language courses and tests, manage training evaluations, and conduct follow-ups.
4. Monitor and manage the training budget, including handling and tracking invoices.
5. Research and liaise with new local and foreign suppliers for training services.
6. Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training activities.
7. Compile and manage yearly and ad hoc statistics for both the company and LVMH Group.
8. Maintain daily communication with Rome headquarters and other LVMH Maisons on organizational and administrative matters.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within a multinational and well-structured environment, preferably in the luxury industry.

1. Native French speaker with fluency in English.
2. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and various digital tools.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

At least 3 years of experience in a training role within a multinational and well-organized environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
