Bvlgari HR Business Partner

- Serve as the primary HR contact for Employee Relations cases on the East Coast, collaborating with HR, Retail, and Legal departments.
- Partner with the Regional Retail Vice President and Store Directors to enhance team structure, learning, engagement, and development.
- Advocate for HR policies, best practices, and compliance across all store locations.
- Act as a local HR expert to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Support talent development initiatives in line with Bulgari and LVMH guidelines, fostering growth through creative solutions.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive culture, identifying opportunities to enhance inclusion.
- Contribute to HR and Retail projects that drive business growth with a people-first approach.
- Provide training and guidance to retail leaders on performance management and employee relations.
- Manage HR administration for the East Coast, including onboarding, probation follow-up, leaves of absence, immigration support, exit and stay interviews, investigation summaries, and HR reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry with prior HR experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated success as a business partner in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations and HR administration.
- Experience in other HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment is a plus.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel across the East Coast up to 40%.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar HR role, preferably within the luxury sector, with a strong understanding of the retail industry.
