1. Serve as the primary HR contact for Employee Relations cases on the East Coast, collaborating with HR, Retail, and Legal departments.
2. Partner with the Regional Retail Vice President and Store Directors to enhance team structure, learning, engagement, and development.
3. Advocate for HR policies, best practices, and compliance across all store locations.
4. Act as a local HR expert to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
5. Support talent development initiatives in line with Bulgari and LVMH guidelines, fostering growth through creative solutions.
6. Promote a diverse and inclusive culture, identifying opportunities to enhance inclusion.
7. Contribute to HR and Retail projects that drive business growth with a people-first approach.
8. Provide training and guidance to retail leaders on performance management and employee relations.
9. Manage HR administration for the East Coast, including onboarding, probation follow-up, leaves of absence, immigration support, exit and stay interviews, investigation summaries, and HR reporting.

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of the retail industry with prior HR experience in a retail environment.
3. Demonstrated success as a business partner in a fast-paced setting.
4. Proven expertise in Employee Relations and HR administration.
5. Experience in other HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment is a plus.
6. SHRM or HRCI certification is beneficial but not required.
7. Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
8. Willingness to travel across the East Coast up to 40%.
