Bvlgari High Jewelry Product Marketing Manager

- Support the Group Product Marketing Manager in defining product portfolio and lifecycle strategies for the High Jewelry category aligned to brand image, positioning and commercial objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales performance to identify category opportunities, new segments and potential line extensions.
- Contribute to the design and presentation of 3‑year plans (3YP), annual budgets and price positioning, defining consumer targets, product concepts, expected revenues and margin targets.
- Prepare Product Marketing Briefs and act as a key stakeholder in the Product Development Process, coordinating with design, product development and quality teams to ensure specification compliance.
- Define phase‑in and phase‑out timing for SKUs, monitor cannibalization risk and recommend corrective product and marketing actions based on sales trend analyses.
- Collaborate with Pricing Unit on pricing activities and with High End Sales to establish channel‑ and occasion‑specific assortments.
- Work with Global Marketing & Communications to support corporate and local events and follow up related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product content in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository (descriptions, photography and digital materials).
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years (3–4 years preferred) in product marketing, merchandising or category roles within luxury jewelry, watches or high‑end fashion.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management, assortment planning and pricing strategy.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in market, competitor and sales analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills; ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

At least 3 years of progressive experience in product marketing, merchandising or portfolio management within luxury jewelry, watches or premium fashion, with demonstrable success in product lifecycle and assortment strategy.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field.
