Bvlgari High End Business Director

- Define and implement the High Jewelry and High-End Watches strategy for the Caribbean and Latin America region.
- Manage and develop the high-end client portfolio to drive turnover.
- Lead client engagement strategies and bespoke experiences.
- Enhance client relations and grow the High-End Club community.
- Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, Training, and Marketing teams.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional service.

- Minimum of 15 years in client relations or client development, preferably in retail or luxury.
- Proven success in client relationship management.

- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional influence skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in client relations or development within the luxury sector.
