1. Define and implement the High Jewelry and High-End Watches strategy for the Caribbean and Latin America region.
2. Manage and develop the high-end client portfolio to drive turnover.
3. Lead client engagement strategies and bespoke experiences.
4. Enhance client relations and grow the High-End Club community.
5. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, Training, and Marketing teams.
6. Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional service.
7. Coordinate and support event implementation and execution.
8. Analyze business and collections to inform future development plans.
9. Develop and coach the High-End sales team and talent pool.

1. Minimum of 15 years in client relations or client development, preferably in retail or luxury.
2. Proven success in client relationship management.
3. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
4. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in client relations or development within the luxury sector.
