Responsibilities
- Manage the uniform process for boutique staff, including ordering, receiving shipments, coordinating size fittings, and arranging repairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries for the Ginza Tower office and other retail locations.
- Process invoices and vendor registration, and manage the binding and filing of contracts.
- Coordinate and support the activities of the health & safety committee.
- Maintain and update the HR/General Affairs section of the company intranet.
- Draft and distribute internal newsletters, and update organizational charts and phone lists.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment, and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Order, produce, and distribute business cards for employees.
- Manage the reservation and upkeep of office meeting rooms.
- Oversee employee health and safety matters, including emergency contact app management and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments for office and retail locations, and implement corrective actions related to audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, repair companies, and security services.
- Manage the process for employee sales.
- Manage office entry and access control.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives.
- Plan and organize company events, including venue selection and logistics.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs.
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise responses.
- Highly organized and able to effectively multitask.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred.
