Bvlgari General Affairs Assistant

- Manage uniform processes for boutique staff, including ordering, receiving, and coordinating fittings and repairs.
- Handle mail and courier services for the Ginza Tower office and retail locations.
- Process invoices and vendor registrations, and manage contract filing.
- Coordinate and support Health & Safety Committee activities.
- Maintain and update the HR/General Affairs section of the company intranet.
- Draft and distribute internal newsletters and update organizational charts and phone lists.
- Procure office supplies and equipment, and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Manage business card production and distribution.
- Oversee meeting room reservations and upkeep.
- Ensure employee health and safety, including emergency procedures and first aid training.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage corrective actions related to RJC audits.
- Serve as the primary contact for building management and security services.
- Manage employee sales processes.
- Control office entry and access.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives and company events.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs.
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise responses.
- Highly organized with effective multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs is required, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
