Bulgari, a distinguished name in luxury founded in Rome in 1884 by the Greek silversmith Sotirio Bulgari, has become synonymous with Italian excellence through its exquisite jewelry creations. 1. Assist in daily bank reconciliation for Swiss retail outlets, ensuring transaction accuracy and proper accounting entries.
2. Scan and record supplier and customer invoices, adhering to internal procedures.
3. Participate in stock management by analyzing and tracking product movements in boutiques and updating financial systems.
4. Support order, delivery, and return processes, ensuring compliance with transport documents.
5. Prepare monthly financial reports by analyzing key financial data and identifying discrepancies.

1. Holder of a CFC or Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or accounting.
2. Previous internship experience in similar fields, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced analyses and pivot tables.
2. Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Entry-level experience with previous internships in finance or related fields.

CFC or Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or accounting.
