1. Assist in daily bank reconciliations for retail outlets in Switzerland, ensuring transaction accuracy.
2. Scan and record supplier and client invoices, adhering to internal procedures.
3. Participate in stock management, analyzing product movements and updating financial systems.
4. Contribute to order, delivery, and return tracking, ensuring compliance with transport documentation.
5. Prepare monthly financial reports, analyzing key financial data and addressing discrepancies.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in management, finance, or accounting.
2. Previous internship experience in similar roles, preferably within retail or luxury sectors.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced analysis.
2. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Adaptability and curiosity in a dynamic team setting.

Beginner level experience, ideally with prior internships in finance or administration.

Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required, with a mandatory internship agreement from an educational institution.
