- Oversee repairs and maintenance, both ordinary and extraordinary, across North American stores.
- Build and maintain relationships with Store Directors and Operations Managers.
- Coordinate small-scale layout improvements, including furniture additions and special project installations.
- Identify and resolve issues, particularly in older stores, in collaboration with Store Management and vendors.
- Manage repairs and maintenance through Service Channel, ensuring all stakeholders are trained in its use.
- Review and negotiate cost proposals, maintaining a cost summary of all maintenance work (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Develop a nationwide site visit schedule to ensure compliance with Bulgari's regional and global standards.
- Create and maintain a database of floor plans, specifications, materials, cleaning guidelines, and preferred vendors for each store.
- Verify on-site installations to ensure correct implementation of repairs and layout improvements.
- Address urgent facilities issues promptly, including off-hours availability.
- Negotiate and stipulate contracts with maintenance vendors for HVAC, lighting, and millwork.
- Assist in the handover of new stores and conduct punch lists with project managers.
- Serve as the point of contact for office improvement requests at the BCA office.
- Organize and follow up on centrally requested rollouts and nationwide store improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end retail projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong cultural background and interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in high-end retail project management is required.
