- Collaborate with the Events team to organize pre-event logistics for North American retail and Brand Image events, including invitation production, client bios, catering, décor, photographers, audio-visual elements, venue research, and entertainment.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of large-scale strategic initiatives such as High Jewelry Events, Brand Image Events, Exhibitions, and Pop-Ups, including on-site event support as needed.
- Monitor individual event budgets in collaboration with the Special Events & HE Manager and Commercial Events Manager, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines, processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships.
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects to enhance client engagement and meet business objectives.
- Produce detailed event recaps for executive reports, internal use, and Central HQ, including metrics, analytics, monthly summaries, and photo presentations, and conduct ROI analysis.
- Liaise with external vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful cross-functional event execution.
- Collaborate with the PR/Marketing team on event-related tasks and projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in an Events or Event Marketing role, preferably within the Luxury Goods industry.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
- Creativity and organization with a proven track record in event coordination adhering to brand standards.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all company levels.
Beginner level experience in events or event marketing, ideally in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, based primarily out of the New York City office, with opportunities for remote work when necessary.
