1. Perform surface treatments (bathing) on watch dials, appliques, and cases, from preparation to coloring and cleaning.
2. Create and follow manufacturing processes in the workshop and perform base treatments on dials (sanding, satin finishing, opaline, sunray).
3. Wash case and dial components using automatic or manual washing chains.
4. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of treatment baths and maintain galvanoplasty installations and baths.
5. Control the quality of produced parts and record quantities in the manufacturing order.
6. Contribute to the development of new processes and actively participate in solving quality issues.

1. Holder of a CFC in electroplating, electroplating, or equivalent.
2. Solid experience in a similar role, ideally in the watchmaking sector.

2. Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to foster exchanges and build trust within teams.
5. Open-mindedness and proactive in optimizing workshop performance.

Minimum 5 years

Holder of a CFC in electroplating, electroplating, or equivalent.
