1. Perform surface treatments (bathing processes) on watch dials, appliques, and cases, from preparation to coloring and cleaning.
2. Develop and monitor manufacturing processes in the workshop, executing base treatments on dials such as sanding, satin finishing, opaline, and sunburst.
3. Clean case and dial components using automatic or manual washing chains.
4. Prepare and monitor treatment baths, ensuring maintenance of installations and electroplating baths.
5. Control the quality of produced pieces and record quantities in the manufacturing order (OF).
6. Contribute to the development of new processes and actively participate in resolving quality issues.

1. Possession of a CFC in electroplating, electroplating technology, or equivalent.
2. Solid experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking sector.

1. Proficiency in electroplating techniques.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to foster team trust.
4. Open-mindedness and proactive in optimizing workshop performance.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

CFC in electroplating, electroplating technology, or equivalent.
