Bvlgari E-Commerce Intern

- Monitor daily website performance to identify actions for improving KPIs and sales trends.
- Update the product catalog with new arrivals, ensuring accuracy of information and presence of all assets.
- Conduct daily audits of websites to identify and report anomalies to relevant teams.
- Coordinate marketing activities across Europe with local and central teams.
- Edit content to ensure coherence with the brand and local cultures.
- Collaborate with Retail and Customer Service teams to execute OmniChannel initiatives.
- Propose plans for future EU E-Commerce growth.
- Perform ad-hoc website performance analysis for UX optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and site KPIs to optimize campaigns.
- Research business trends and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Manage the online product catalog for European and International websites.
- Ensure accurate front-end stock management and product display.
- Audit Third Party websites and manage processes to improve sales.
- University degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with fashion, luxury, retail, and/or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, humble, passionate, driven, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
University degree
