2. Handle product picking and packing in accordance with Omni-Channel guidelines to ensure flawless packaging.
3. Collaborate with Customer Service to address order status and requests.
4. Coordinate shipping via UPS.
5. Receive and evaluate the quality of product returns.
6. Process returns within 48 hours of arrival and reintegrate products into stock.
7. Create and distribute reports on specific e-commerce metrics.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehousing role within an innovative small to medium-sized environment.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, Magento, SAP, and Excel.

Beginner level experience in warehousing and e-commerce operations.
