- Ensure timely and accurate processing of e-commerce orders and returns.
- Handle product picking and packing in accordance with Omni-Channel guidelines to ensure flawless packaging.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to address order status and requests.
- Coordinate shipping via UPS.
- Receive and evaluate the quality of product returns.
- Process returns within 48 hours of arrival and reintegrate products into stock.
- Create and distribute reports on specific e-commerce metrics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehousing role within an innovative small to medium-sized environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, Magento, SAP, and Excel.
Beginner level experience in warehousing and e-commerce operations.
