- Develop and expand the company's online client portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivating dormant clients, and acquiring high-value prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach, customer service excellence, and effective follow-through.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized experiences and leveraging event calendars.
- Contribute to the growth of digital sales in high-end product categories, including jewelry, watches, and accessories.
- Create qualitative client profiles to enhance personalized interactions and recommendations.
- Provide elevated and professional service across various channels, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively listening to client needs and resolving issues.
- Participate in company trainings and stay informed about product launches and line extensions.
- Demonstrate mastery of systems for sales processing and client issue resolution.
- Support the Customer Service team in routine activities such as order review and follow-up.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced sales and support environment, preferably in luxury or high jewelry.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

- Knowledge of current industry trends.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a history of exceeding sales targets. Experience in luxury hospitality, call centers, or IT support is advantageous. Jewelry experience is a plus but not required.
