- Develop and expand the online client portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivating dormant clients, and acquiring high-value prospects.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic clienteling and exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized experiences and curated events.
- Contribute to the growth of digital sales in high-end product categories such as jewelry, watches, and accessories.
- Create qualitative client profiles to enhance personalized interactions and recommendations.
- Provide elevated and professional service across various communication channels, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in company training and stay updated with product launches and storytelling.
- Demonstrate mastery of systems for effective sales processing and client issue resolution.
- Support the Customer Service team in routine activities such as order review and follow-up.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, call center/contact center, or IT support is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a commission-based role is preferred.
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable interacting with VIPs and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong client-centric mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Solution-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in digital platforms and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of current industry trends.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably with a background in high jewelry or luxury hospitality.
