- Develop and expand the online client portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivating dormant clients, and acquiring high-value prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic clienteling, excellent outreach, and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized experiences and curated events.
- Contribute to the growth of digital sales in high-end product categories.
- Create qualitative client profiles to enhance personalized interactions and recommendations.
- Provide elevated and professional service through various channels, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
- Participate in company trainings and stay updated on product launches and line extensions.
- Demonstrate mastery of sales systems and support in client issue resolution.
- Support the Customer Service team in routine activities such as order review and follow-up.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer service within the luxury hospitality industry, call center, or IT support.
- Previous experience in a commission-based role.
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable and confident in communicating with VIPs and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong client-centric mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Superior multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer literacy and understanding of the digital world.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in the luxury or high jewelry industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
