1. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive archive of sketches, designs, and creative proposals.
2. Manage documents and sketches, including filing both physical and digital copies of approved or rejected drawings, preparing documents and reports for internal meetings, and printing drawings on photographic paper.
3. Coordinate with the Raw Material Department to ensure timely follow-up, selection, and allocation of raw materials to designers.
4. Archive approved designs on the Hero Platform and distribute them to all relevant departments, including Marketing, Raw Materials, Production, Planning, and Product Development.
5. Implement and utilize technological tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
2. General knowledge of the luxury industry and market trends.
3. Familiarity with main IT applications.
4. Basic understanding of project management.
