Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior Client Advisor towards customers and the Sales team ensuring closure and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives by coaching the sales team.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Lead the sales team by example on the floor.
- Reach sales targets and manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
- Propose and implement action plans to improve results.
- Support with the Boutique’s Weekly trade report.
- Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Supervise After Sales Service requests.
- Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
- Support in-store training and team briefing.
- Assist in CRM and develop loyal customers.
- Support the induction of new joiners.
- Assist in opening and closure procedures.
- Uphold uniform and grooming standards.
- Support store administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
