- Partner with internal business teams to define and construct relevant KPIs and impactful Power BI reports.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to provide clear and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain Power BI reports, dataflows, and certified semantic models.
- Implement appropriate security protocols and manage access rights to ensure reliable and secure reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to enrich data sets and integrate new data into the datalake.
- Contribute to the automation of existing manual reports to free up time for high-value analyses.
- Promote best practices in Power BI usage and data governance.
- Stay updated on tools, technologies, and methods in BI and data analysis.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong track record in data analysis and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dataflows, semantic models, and DAX language.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation, ideally within a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to complex problems.
- Effective communication skills to simplify information and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as an additional asset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and performance optimization.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
