- Manage CRM project initiatives, gathering team needs and updates weekly.
- Oversee regional contact plans by boutique to drive client loyalty, preparing target groups and briefing assets for communication channels.
- Build and execute customer reports based on behavior and local requests.
- Support the creation of a localized CRM ambassador program.
- Collect and share best practices and success stories across programs.
- Support omnichannel customer engagement with process development, policies, and training.
- Design PowerPoint presentations for project launches, key learnings, and opportunities.
- Design and deploy local emails via Salesforce for boutique activations.
- Support the adoption and training of clienteling applications across retail teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for tech product enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues with central Client & IT teams.
- Manage user creation and deletion requests across platforms for retail employees.
- Manage the gifting process for North American programs, proposing and evaluating ideas to elevate initiatives.
- Research and source local gifting partners, and manage warehouse communication for gift distribution.
- Benchmark competitor gifting programs and liaise with Marketing and Communications for event alignment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating vendors, inputting POs, and supporting budget tracking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM.
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in creating training documents and leading digital and in-person trainings.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable business initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and CRM, preferably within the fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
