Bvlgari CRM Manager

- Develop and manage CRM strategy, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
- Set and maintain budgets for boutique activities, key client programs, and gifting.
- Mentor in-boutique CRM ambassadors, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with partners to develop CRM communication tools.
- Utilize data-driven insights for effective business customer segmentation and tailored communication.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Manage UK clients' participation in worldwide events and exhibitions.
- Oversee printed material orders and distribution, including catalogues and invitations.
- Monitor CRM and ECRM KPIs through analysis and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for increased engagement and conversion.
- Ensure customer database health with a focus on retention and compliance.
- Organize in-boutique events to acquire and convert prospects.
- Work closely with partners to optimize brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a CRM role with a focus on segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in cross-channel lifecycle communications.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and senior stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with a creative eye for communication aesthetics.
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is desirable.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a CRM role, focusing on segmentation, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
