- Inject creativity and innovative ideas into perfume product development.
- Manage design processes for existing and new products from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the creative vision for new products, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Oversee new fragrance product development, including bottle design, packaging, and promotional items, while managing project timelines and budgets.
- Define creative frameworks and develop concept approaches, including moodboards and creative briefs.
- Manage product packshots and oversee photoshoots, retouching, and photolithography.
- Coordinate with the technical development department for final product creativity and production artworks.
- Assist in industrial trials and production launches as needed.
- Plan and manage the order and delivery of components and mock-ups for trade shows, participating in booth setup and dismantling.
- Conduct research and gather competitive intelligence, presenting market trends and innovations to colleagues.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury product development, preferably with Italian brands.
- Strong visual storytelling culture and sensitivity to design and fragrances.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills, including risk assessment, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong creativity and sensitivity to luxury aesthetics.
- Ability to work in an organized, structured manner with a sense of priority and responsibility.
- Team spirit and ability to build strong relationships within the team and with business partners.
At least 5 years of experience in luxury product development, ideally with Italian brands.
University degree in a relevant field.
