- Inject creativity and innovative ideas for perfume product development.
- Manage existing and new product designs from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the creative vision for new products, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Oversee new fragrance product development, from creative vision to production, including bottle design, packaging, and promotional items.
- Define creative frameworks and nourish concept approaches, elaborating moodboards and creative briefs.
- Provide materials for product presentations, including mock-ups, renderings, and moodboards.
- Manage product packshots for packaging by coordinating photoshoots and retouching.
- Supply the technical development department with final product creativity and manage production artworks according to Bulgari's graphic charter.
- Assist the development team during industrial trials or production launches as needed.
- Plan and oversee the order, realization, and delivery of components and mock-ups for trade shows.
- Participate in setting up and dismantling the Bulgari Perfume booth at events.
- Fuel creative think tanks and material libraries, attending design and packaging fairs to gather competitive intelligence.
- Present market trends and innovations to marketing and development teams.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury product development, preferably with Italian brands.
- Strong visual storytelling culture and sensitivity to design and fragrances.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as an advantage.
- Strong creativity with a keen sensitivity to luxury and technical skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and structured manner with a sense of priority and responsibility.
- Team spirit and ability to build strong relationships within the team and with business partners.
At least 5 years of experience in luxury product development, ideally with Italian brands, demonstrating a strong visual storytelling culture and sensitivity to design and fragrances.
University degree in a relevant field.
