Bvlgari Commercial Events Manager

- Manage and execute all commercial events for Bulgari North America, including large-scale marketing events and smaller in-store animations to enhance brand desirability, client engagement, and sales.
- Strategize with Store Directors to tailor events to local markets, ensuring they are targeted, effective, and relevant.
- Collaborate with the Events team and the broader marketing team on event ideation and execution.
- Oversee and work with the Events Specialist to maximize departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and track individual event budgets, supporting the Director of Events with budget planning and maintaining ownership over forecasting and reporting for commercial events.
- Review and negotiate contracts, scopes of work, and costs with external vendors for all commercial event activities.
- Identify key performance indicators for each event in partnership with Retail teams, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of executed plans with post-event analysis.
- Maintain and update monthly recap reports for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects to support client engagement and meet business needs.
- Understand North American market business needs and competition to propose new ideas and solutions for commercial activities.
- Liaise with external event vendors, internal teams, and other key stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure successful cross-functional execution.
- 5+ years of experience in a retail events or event marketing role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
- Creativity and organization in coordinating events from concept to execution, adhering to brand standards.
- Informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and locations to create unique and leading experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iValua procurement system or COSMO platform is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills with attention to detail and precision.
- Proactive initiative in suggesting creative and innovative solutions.
- Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver quality work from concept to execution.
- Team player with collaborative skills across departments.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years in retail events or event marketing, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
