1. Actively participate in sales development for Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences and maintain high service quality.
3. Manage sales activities autonomously, achieving both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
4. Support customers throughout the sales process, from welcome to payment and packaging.
5. Perform back-office tasks including data entry, product receiving, and inventory management.
6. Participate in visual merchandising and inventory activities.
7. Manage intra-shop product transfers and tagging activities.
8. Perform after-sales service activities, including organizing repairs and shipments.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong sales-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
5. Ability to work flexibly and rigorously in a structured manner.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within a luxury boutique is required.
