1. Actively participate in sales development for Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Manage sales activities autonomously, achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
4. Support back-office functions including data entry, product receiving, and inventory management.
5. Participate in visual merchandising and inventory activities.
6. Handle after-sales services, including repairs and customer support.
7. Assist sales staff during the entire sales process from customer welcome to payment and packaging.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
4. Ability to work flexibly and rigorously in a structured manner.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique is required.
