- Actively participate in sales development for Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage sales activities autonomously, achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Support back-office functions including data entry, product receiving, and inventory management.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory activities.
- Handle after-sales services, including repairs and customer support.
- Assist sales staff during the entire sales process from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales and client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexibly and rigorously in a structured manner.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique is required.
