- Provide an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest quality of service to foster strong client relationships.
- Autonomously manage sales activities across all product categories, including Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories, to achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Ensure optimal product display within the store.
- Support customers throughout the entire purchasing process and enhance networking through events and new initiatives.
- Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, and AFSS processing.
- Actively participate in inventory management and visual merchandising with the team.
- Receive, control, and integrate goods into stock, manage intra-shop transfers, and oversee tagging activities from product receiving to repricing.
- Conduct after-sales service activities, including organizing item repairs and shipments to repair centers.
- Assist sales staff during the sales process, from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
- Flexibility, rigor, and the ability to work in an organized manner even when multitasking.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury boutique environment is required.
