- Manage the sales process according to delivery standards, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Exemplify Italian hospitality throughout client interactions.

- Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
- Communicate opportunities for community relationship development and potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling exchanges, returns, and repairs.
- Manage morning store set-ups and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines, as well as manage breakdown after store closure.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
- Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to set priorities and maintain personal accountability.
- Exceptional teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
