1. Provide exceptional client experiences by welcoming and guiding clients through their visit, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales objectives through effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat purchases and expand the client base.
4. Manage client portfolios by maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across all channels.
5. Contribute to store operations and processes, including data entry, product receiving, stock counting, and administrative tasks.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a high-end luxury boutique.
2. Passion for jewelry, watches, and accessories.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

5. Proficiency in using digital tools for client engagement.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
