- Provide exceptional client experiences by welcoming and guiding clients through their visit, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales objectives through effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat purchases and expand the client base.
- Manage client portfolios by maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across all channels.
- Contribute to store operations and processes, including data entry, product receiving, stock counting, and administrative tasks.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Passion for jewelry, watches, and accessories.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent selling and networking skills.
- Strong client-focused approach and team player mentality.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, even when multitasking.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for client engagement.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
