- Provide an inspirational, luxurious shopping experience, maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Support peers and colleagues in the efficient running of the boutique.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and drive to achieve store targets.
- Welcome all clients and prospects, ensuring extraordinary service for browsing, purchasing, after-sales, or complaints.
- Listen to and understand clients’ needs, providing customized advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring proper selling techniques are applied.
- Contribute to store and service KPI achievement.
- Register clients’ data for future contact, personalized CRM actions, and client development.
- Perform all CRM one-to-one activities.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Perform all after-sales service front office activities related to final customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in online training modules and defined training sessions to develop knowledge on various topics.
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience within a luxury environment.
- Experience in marketing and customer relationship management techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Integrity and respect to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong asset.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
